How do I find my username?
The username is the email address used by the campus for registration notifications.
How can I change my contact information if I have a student attending Denton ISD?
To change your email address being used by the campus for registration notifications contact the following:
Middle or High Schools - Campus Registrar
Elementary Schools - Campus Secretary
The changed information will be available the next business day in this system.
How can I change my contact information if I am a Guest/Community User?
Information can be changed by clicking on the Your Account link at the top of the Home page after you have logged into the Online Payments Portal.
How can I reset my password?
On Welcome to the Online Payments Portal screen, click on the "Click Here" link to reset your password.
Using the Online Payments Portal
How do I get a list of my students?
Click on the "Your Family" button after you have logged into the Online Payments Portal.
How do I pay fines or fees for my student?
Select a student from your list on the "Who are you shopping for?" page. If a fine or a fee is due for your student, there will be an Attention box on the student's page. Click on the "View" button. Click the check boxes of the fines or fees you'd like to pay, and click the "Pay Selected Fines/Fees" button. The fines you have chosen will be added to your shopping cart.
How can I purchase items which are available to my students?
Select a student from your list on the "Who are you shopping for?" page. Select "Items / Donations At Student's School" from the list of links. From here you will be taken to a list of items for which your student is eligible to purchase. After you have clicked on the "Buy" button, the item will be added to your shopping cart.
How can I purchase items or donate to any school within Denton ISD?
Select "Items / Donations At Any DISD School" from the Shop / Donate list of links. From here you will be taken to a list of School Types. Select School Type. Select School. Select Category. Choose item to purchase or area to donate. After you have clicked on the "Buy" button, the item or donation will be added to your shopping cart.
How can I print fine/fee and purchase ledgers for my student?
Click the "Your Family" link. Select a student from your list on the "Who are you shopping for?" page. Select the type of report you are wanting to print. This will open a pop-up window with the report or the receipt you are wanting to view. Click the "Print This Report" text link at the top to print.
How can I print fine/fee and purchase ledgers for any purchase or donation made at the district?
Click the "Your Family" link or the "Home" link. (If you are an HAC user, select the person from the list on the "Who are you shopping for?" page.) Select the type of report you are wanting to print. This will open a pop-up window with the report or the receipt you are wanting to view. Click the "Print This Report" text link at the top to print.
Credit / Debit Card Information
Why was my credit or debit card declined?
If your card has been declined, please ensure that:
- your credit card is either a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit or debit card
Note: bank cards and check guarantee cards are not accepted
- your card has an expiration date of the current month or later
- your credit card number has been entered correctly (no dashes or spaces)
- the address associated with the card matches the address you've entered into the form
- the 3-digit security code on the back of your card is entered correctly
