1st Time Users of this Website with a DISD student (Parent / Guardian):      
     Your complete email address you have on file with the campus will be your user name.  (This email address is used by the campus for registration notifications.)  {Examples of a complete email address:  JohnDoe@gmail.com    Jane.Doe@yahoo.com     JohnDoe2@outlook.com}

  -- If your student's name is not displayed on the Your Family screen, please verify you are using the correct email address that is on file with the campus.

  -- If you are using the correct complete email address that is on file with the campus or you are unsure of the complete email address on file with the campus, please send an email to InTouchAdministrator@dentonisd.org with an explanation of the issue, the student's name, and the student's ID number.  Emails sent to InTouchAdministrator@dentonisd.org are read and answered during regular district office hours.
